The Orved Cuisson SV-31 is a vacuum chamber machine that can pack liquid, solid and delicate products in a vertical chamber. It is designed for restaurants, hotels, catering, pastry shops, butchers, cheese factories and food laboratories. It has a digital control panel with 36 programs, including exclusive preset programs by professional chefs, de-aeration programs and vacuum programs for internal or external containers. It also has a smart system to print the data directly on the bag, without any need of ink or external printers. The machine is equipped with a gas flush system to pack delicate or soft products in modified atmosphere (MAP) and a soft-air function to prevent damage or breakage of sharp products. The machine has a 12 mc/h vacuum pump and a wireless sealing bar of 315 mm length. The maximum vacuum level is 2 mbar and the maximum bag dimensions are 300x450 mm.

Gas flush system: The machine has a gas flush system to pack delicate or soft products in modified atmosphere (MAP). The gas will prevent any kind of damage or breakage of the product, ensuring always a perfect vacuum.
Soft-air function: The machine has a soft-air function to gently release the air from the chamber after the sealing process. This feature is ideal for packaging sharp products, such as meat with bone, without piercing the bag.
